Pulaski County, Illinois, is nestled between the Shawnee National Forest on the west, and the Ohio River on the east. Pulaski County is rich in river heritage, natural beauty and proud to have had a major role in our Nation's history.
Out County seat is located in historic Mound City, Illinois, at 500 Illinois Avenue. Pulaski County has approximately 7,500 citizens, growing businesses, two school districts, a thriving Community College and much more to offer. Our Board of Commissioners would like to welcome you to our County. We take pride in our communities and in joint effort with our residents, work hard toward making our County a great place to live, work and an enjoyable one to visit.
